If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours from the time of your order. After 24 hours, orders are sent to production.
We offer a free replacement if the product arrives damaged or if a different product is sent from what was ordered. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery clearly showing the fault on the product.
If special instruction is not provided on the order or if email with instructions is not sent within 24 hours from your order, your production specialist will always create your jewelry to get the best possible result depending on the image and/or the text you uploaded. Although we try our best to fulfill all instructions, some of them may not be possible due to variety of factors.
