Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours from the time of your order. After 24 hours, orders are sent to production.
Refunds
We offer a free replacement if the product arrives damaged or if a different product is sent from what was ordered. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery clearly showing the fault on the product.
If special instruction is not provided on the order or if email with instructions is not sent within 24 hours from your order, your production specialist will always create your jewelry to get the best possible result depending on the image and/or the text you uploaded. Although we try our best to fulfill all instructions, some of them may not be possible due to variety of factors.

I bought one of these necklaces before from a different company but it didn’t compare to the quality and detail I received from Pendantify. I loovveeee my necklace it’s nice and thick the details blew my mind it captures everything in the photo I love it!!!! This medallion means so much. My mama passed on 03 and one of her sisters this year 2026 in July. This means so much to me my ma and sister were always called the twins of the family and they're actually about 3 years apart. When it arrived I opened it just starred at it. The next morning my gf put it on me when reality hit me I started balling crying. It is absolutely beautiful I get tons of compliments it's durable, very heavy and well constructed. This piece is absolutely amazing. I said I wasn't going to cry. I took it out of the packaging starred at it. The next day when I put it on I broke down. This is my mama I lost in 2023 and my Aunt I lost this is year 2026 in July. The family always called them twins. Lost my mama at 95 yrs old and my Aunt passed at 94 yrs old. This piece is solid heavy and looks amazing I get a lot of compliments for this price. IM DEFINITELY ORDERING AGAIN
