If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 hours. After 6 hours, we send orders to production.
Since we offer customized products, we offer a free replacement if the product arrived damaged or if a different product was sent from what was ordered. In such a case, please contact us within 48 hours after your product was delivered at firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear image of your jewelry and your order number/order name.
We also offer a free replacement if your jewelry fades away within 2 months of delivery. Please email an image of the jewelry showing the faded part along with your order number to email@example.com.
If special instruction is not provided on the order or if email with instructions is not sent within 24 hours of your order, your production specialist will always create your jewelry to get the best possible result depending on the image and/or the text you uploaded. Although we try our best to fulfill all instructions, some of them may not be possible due to variety of factors.
