Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours from the time of your order. After 24 hours, orders are sent to production.
Refunds
We offer a free replacement if the product arrives damaged or if a different product is sent from what was ordered. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery clearly showing the fault on the product.
If special instruction is not provided on the order or if email with instructions is not sent within 24 hours from your order, your production specialist will always create your jewelry to get the best possible result depending on the image and/or the text you uploaded. Although we try our best to fulfill all instructions, some of them may not be possible due to variety of factors.

I could not be more pleased with how this memorial keychain turned out. It’s nice and thick, and feels solid. The laser engraving portrays my brother’s late dog Bruce so well. I love it so much and it makes me so happy to be able to gift him this token of support as he grieves his companion.
I love how this Keychain is customized with my supergirl picture and my name/phrase. It it very well made and my picture and engraved name/phrase is very clear too. I will add this Keychain to my house keys chain.
This is such a great gift or keepsake. The engraving is super detailed and precise, so it reflects the image I submitted very well. This means there is no distortion in the faces I had them engrave. I am very pleased with how it turned out and would definitely purchase again for myself or others.

I came out nice. The only complaint I really have is, it looks like a sticker on a bracelet & I couldn't find any care instructions on it. Like how to clean it & best way to store it since it just came n a baggie thrown n a box. My bracelet wasn't even n the bag when I opened it. I was just sliding around n the box loose.

I absolutely love this pendant necklace! It would make a great personalized gift for someone for the holidays. The quality is great, the chain is heavy and 18k gold plated! The picture looks great in the pendant. The customer service was great too because I sent additional photos just in case the initial one did not work and they responded promptly and let me know which would work best! Highly recommend!

Love my 18k rose gold custom pendant chain
This necklace is very beautiful. I love that it comes with a chain along with the pendent. The engraving on the back is such a nice touch the 18 karat gold plated touch is nice and feels luxurious. I wish that it had a travel case and a cleaning cloth that came along with it. I would recommend ordering these for gifts for special family members for the upcoming holidays.
