If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility of the original order at no charge to you.
If the shipped package is lost in transit, we will recreate your order as a priority and ship it to you again.
Once the shipping carrier has delivered the package, we transfer the full responsibility of the package to you. We do not refund or replace if the package is lost or stolen once it is delivered. TRACKING INFORMATION: You will receive an email, SMS, or both with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

This necklace is very beautiful. I love that it comes with a chain along with the pendent. The engraving on the back is such a nice touch the 18 karat gold plated touch is nice and feels luxurious. I wish that it had a travel case and a cleaning cloth that came along with it. I would recommend ordering these for gifts for special family members for the upcoming holidays.
