SHIPPING TIME:
Production and shipping time vary depending on the product. Please check the product pages for shipping estimates related to that product.
Shipping estimates shown on the product and checkout pages are for orders with only one product. Orders with multiple products will take longer to customize and as such will have a slightly longer production & delivery window.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:
Pendantify is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility of the original order at no charge to you.
If the shipped package is lost in transit, we will recreate your order as a priority and ship it to you again.
Once the shipping carrier has delivered the package, we transfer the full responsibility of the package to you. We do not refund or replace if the package is lost or stolen once it is delivered.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
You will receive an email, SMS, or both with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Yes, your items will be shipped in one package in most cases. For some orders, we might have to ship in multiple packages due to logistics efficiency.

I bought one of these necklaces before from a different company but it didn’t compare to the quality and detail I received from Pendantify. I loovveeee my necklace it’s nice and thick the details blew my mind it captures everything in the photo I love it!!!! I selected the 18” necklace I should’ve gotten a longer chain but overall Im sooo very satisfied with my order I’ll definitely be ordering more.

This medallion means so much. My mama passed on 03 and one of her sisters this year 2026 in July. This means so much to me my ma and sister were always called the twins of the family and they're actually about 3 years apart. When it arrived I opened it just starred at it. This piece is absolutely amazing. I said I wasn't going to cry. I took it out of the packaging starred at it. The next day when I put it on I broke down. This is my mama I lost in 2023 and my Aunt I lost this is year 2026 in July. The family always called them twins. Lost my mama at 95 yrs old and my Aunt passed at 94 yrs old. This piece is solid heavy and looks amazing I get a lot of compliments for this price. IM DEFINITELY ORDERING AGAIN
