I am so disappointed. I ordered a necklace for my son for Christimas. This is his uncle and I was looking forward to gifting this to him. However, a Keychain was sent. I emailed customer service and have nor received a response as if yet.

I ordered this for my daughter because her little Toby got suddenly sick and had to be put to sleep. My daughter was grieving so hard and I wanted something to give her some comfort. As soon as she got it, she put it on and I noticed her fingers rubbing it. The engraving is absolutely on point - it is perfect to the picture that I sent in. The ONLY bad thing that I have to say is that when I was notified that it had shipped I was anxious to get it so I was following the tracking and it set in the same place for a week or more before it was finally turned over to USPS and made it's way here to me. Otherwise I have not been disappointed with anything I have gotten from them.
My son loved it. Shipping took a while but I blame the weather. Coming from New York to Cali. It was definitely worth the wait. Now all my sons want one.

Thr face isn't good. I ordered twice now. 1st order was great (even they it has rusted now) the other one I got with this order is great. But the one of Pugsley his face isn't engraved well. 😔
