I absolutely love this pendant necklace! It would make a great personalized gift for someone for the holidays. The quality is great, the chain is heavy and 18k gold plated! The picture looks great in the pendant. The customer service was great too because I sent additional photos just in case the initial one did not work and they responded promptly and let me know which would work best! Highly recommend!
This necklace is very beautiful. I love that it comes with a chain along with the pendent. The engraving on the back is such a nice touch the 18 karat gold plated touch is nice and feels luxurious. I wish that it had a travel case and a cleaning cloth that came along with it. I would recommend ordering these for gifts for special family members for the upcoming holidays.

I contacted customer support & they were able to get it moving again & get it delivered to me within two days of me contacting them so that was cool.
