The quality and size of the chain and pendant is great. The picture turned out great as well. The only thing I wish was nicer: the engraving isn’t centered or in the middle of the heart, it’s kind of towards the top and off to the left.

I was super excited for this piece of jewelry! It's my 6th piece of jewelry from Pendantify so its safe to say I love Pendantify! However, I wish I would have known that the picture on the inside is exposed and doesn't have a cover protecting the precious photo inside! I'm planning on finding a screen protector and trying to size it to fit so that way the ink on the photo doesn't fade or get damaged. Other than that, this necklace makes a great gift for anyone who wants to carry someone close to their heart!
